Our Story
Brew 54 & More started as a simple idea: what if a neighborhood bakery also carried the kind of groceries you actually want to cook with — not just whatever's on the shelf? That question has shaped everything we do ever since.
We bake in small batches, source from regional producers when we can, and treat every customer like they're stopping by someone's kitchen rather than walking into a store. It's that feeling you get when you walk in — warm, familiar, and smelling like something worth staying for.
From the Oven
Every morning begins before dawn. Our bakers shape, proof, and bake so that when you walk through our doors, the bread is already waiting.
Long-fermented, crusty on the outside, tender and tangy within. Our signature country loaf is baked fresh every morning.
Croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes — each one laminated by hand and baked until every layer separates into gold.
